My first reaction to the Black Caucus in Congress declaring war on the Tea Party was to laugh heartily.
Barack Obama has been waging a battle against most of the American people and most businesses -- anyone or any entity that has not taken federal government handouts/bailouts or donated to Democratic election campaigns -- since he entered the United States Senate in 2005. His massive federal administration escalated this conflict into an undeclared war against We the People on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, the day he took the oath of office as President. Almost all elected Democrats, including but certainly not limited to members of the Congressional Black Caucus, have been waging this war since before they took control of the House of Representatives in 2006. So now they openly declare a war on the people opposed to their agenda one that has already been raging for at least 6 years? How absurd!
With every Executive Order, piece of legislation, and new regulation (of which tens of thousands have been put in place over the last two and one-half years), the current President of the United States has been undermining, debasing, and usurping We the People's power, money, and freedom. He had to have known that his dream of fundamentally transforming America into a European- or Latin American-style socialist state was not going to happen without a fight. Did the Democrats seriously believe that a majority of Americans -- a people who had always known true freedom -- were going to acquiesce and give up our God-given rights and liberties in exchange for the federal government taking care of us?
Back in the late 1960's, the radical Weather Underground (including Obama's pals, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn) had discussions where they estimated that 10 percent or so of Americans would have to be killed when their cadre took over. Their estimate of 25 million people who would not accept re-education and adjustment to a Marxist state and who would consequently have to be liquidated -- was based upon the experience of the communist takeovers of Russia and China. No one in the world should ever be allowed to forget the purges of millions upon millions of people in both countries by their totalitarian rulers, of whom Mao and Stalin were only the most brutal, each killing tens of millions of their own people who would not acquiesce.
But, I would say that they have significantly underestimated the numbers they would have to eliminate in the United States because the Russian and Chinese peoples had never known freedom the way Americans have for over two centuries. Just look at the Tea Party, with an estimated 25 percent of American voters in its camp, and so the number that would have to be dispatched would be well over 10 percent. Yes, no doubt some Tea Partiers would not be willing to give up their lives for their beliefs, but most that I have met as a political activist and organizer over the last two plus years probably would. Plus, it is realistic to hypothesize that many thinking people who have not yet engaged in the fight to preserve Liberty will in fact take it up also when they realize what is happening to us all, as current Tea Partiers do.
Thus, our mission as freedom-loving, enlightened Americans is threefold:
First, we must take back our local governments, our basic frontline of defense. Second, we must fight every bad proposed state and federal bill (whether it be sponsored by the Democrats or the Republicans), as well as every bad proposed regulation at all levels. And Third, we must inform all of our friends, relatives, and acquaintances of what is happening in our nation and ask them to join our ballots-instead-of-bullets war to save our Constitutional Republic, the United States of America.
My rallying cry has changed from God Bless America! to God Save America!
Are you with me?
